A police cadet trainee attached to PTS Kabalye has been struck dead by lightning while on duty.
One of the top officers, who opted to stay off record, confirmed the unfortunate incident.
Arachi Morris died while being rushed to Masindi Medical Centre. The deceased was reportedly remaining with about 6 weeks to pass out.
