Word reaching us is that promoters who had booked Bobi Wine for shows have been compensated by government for their loses. It is alleged that a section of promoters secretly went to the President and asked for money after their shows were cancelled.
It is claimed that they were given over 1bn.
Bobi Wine has however not been compensated. Many of his shows were cancelled and it got him crying. He says music is his major source of income.
