Busiro South MP, Peter Sematimba is among thousands of students currently sitting for Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) examinations in Luwero.

He says his decision to do S.6 exams was born out of frustration.

“I was tired of being sued all the time that I don’t have S.6 papers,” Sematimba revealed.

He was kicked out of parliament on court orders in 2016, but the decision was overturned after he presented his academic papers from another country.

“I studied in America, and I have papers equivalent to S.6 qualification in Uganda but because most people refuse to understand. I did this to get a paper they understand,” he says.
