Presidential advisor Catherine Kusasira recently complained about not meeting President Museveni yet she is supposed to advise him.
Buchaman, who was appointed at the same time as Catherine has a different story.
He says he can’t complain because he didn’t approach the President in the first place.
“It is the president who rang me. He calls me on the phone when he has something to say, he has my personal number,” says Buchaman.
Buchaman advises the president on ghetto affairs.
