Media personality Flavia Mary Namulidwa on Wednesday of this week picked up forms from the National Unity Platform to express interest in the position for the Gomba East constituency.
Namulidwa says she is ready for the party primaries and will defeat whoever crosses her path.
The former Bukedde Television host, while addressing the press, also revealed her plans to introduce her partner to her electorate.
Namulidwa says she is in love and living the best life with the man of her dreams.
"I am in love and will introduce my husband very soon to the electorate. He will be joining me for my campaigns," she explained.
Namulidwa has previously dated Kojja Kimbowa, Mpagi Kanyike, among others.
In Gomba East, her closest rival for the NUP party ticket is Eddy Yaawe, a musician and elder brother to the Party President Robert Kyagulanyi, also known as Bobi Wine.
