In March of this year, musician Winnie Nwagi's firstborn daughter celebrated her fourteenth birthday.
Since then, various people have urged the Swangz Avenue singer to have more children. They believe it's the right time for her to give birth again.
The singer, however, isn't ready to do so at this time, as she doesn't want to repeat the same mistakes she made years ago. She will only do so when she's ready.
Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Nwagi explained that it's not that she doesn't want more children; she does, but now isn't the right time.
She won't rush into giving birth just to make her fans happy.
"It's not that I don't want to give birth to more children. But everyone has their own wishes. Someone like me, I learned from past mistakes and wouldn't do the same at this time. I am no longer in a rush. I will give birth at the right time when I'm ready," she partly said.
Before making it in the music industry, Winnie Nwagi faced different challenges with her daughter's father, and they separated bitterly. She has revealed over time that the father denied responsibility for their daughter and doesn't provide for her.
