Earlier this month, socialite Zari Hassan revealed shocking news, claiming she had a miscarriage. The devastating news brought sadness to her followers and to those who sympathized with her relationship with Shakib Lutaaya.
Shakib, who had remained silent on the miscarriage claims, has now opened up, confirming that Zari did indeed have a miscarriage. Shakib did not specify the reasons for the miscarriage but confirmed it happened. He says Zari will share the details at the right time when she feels ready to do so.
"It's true she had a miscarriage, as she reported earlier. It happened, but I am not in a position to discuss that at this time. She will do so at the right time when she feels it's right," he explained.
Shakib, however, says he remains hopeful of having a child with Zari in the near future.
"I still hope for children because as a man you can never give up. I will have a child anytime, even at eighty; we give birth as men," he added.
Shakib, just like Zari, has children from a past relationship and says he provides for them responsibly.
