Musician and dancer Ritah Dancehall has come forward with serious accusations against Manager Roger, alleging she was fired from his camp for refusing his sexual advances.
Ritah, who previously worked under Roger's management while he was still handling Ziza Bafana, claims that Roger made his intentions clear as soon as she joined. "Manager Roger chased me out of his camp because I refused to sleep with him," she stated.
"He wanted to have sex with me and I refused. He fired me for that reason because he had the power to do so."
Despite the setback, Ritah says she has no regrets and has successfully built a career on her own. She also issued a warning to young, aspiring artists about the prevalence of predators in the music industry who often pretend to offer help in exchange for sex.
Her story shines a light on the persistent problem of sexual harassment in workplaces, an issue that continues to affect not only the music industry but many other sectors of society.
