Fast-rising musician Ava Peace continues to dominate the music scene this year, releasing hit after hit and performing at full capacity. Despite comparisons from fans and fellow artists, she insists she is not in any form of competition.

Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Ava Peace explained that her focus is strictly on her personal growth and career trajectory—not on outshining anyone.

“I have no competition and I am not in one at the moment. I’m focused on my own career. I do music to keep my momentum, not to compete as some people think,” she said.

Ava, who has consistently released music every month, believes she is currently ranking among the top female artists in Uganda. She added that 2026 will be an even bigger year, with major projects already underway—including plans for her maiden concert.

“I have big expectations for next year. There’s a lot in store for the fans—not just music, but a celebration with them,” she hinted.

Her remarks subtly downplay earlier claims by Jowy Landa that the two are in competition, with Ava Peace making it clear she is simply running her own race.
