It was a night of power, politics, and pop culture as President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on Tuesday evening held a private meeting with music sensation Alien Skin, alongside Helen Seku, Commissioner at the National Secretariat for Patriotism Corps.
According to Helen Seku, the closed-door discussion centered on “Protecting the Gains” of the NRM government — with the President using the moment to personally guide the Fangone Forest boss on how to leverage Uganda’s peace and freedom for personal growth and national impact.
In a statement posted on her X (Twitter) account, Seku revealed that Museveni encouraged Alien Skin to use his massive influence to inspire youth to participate in government programs and build their own wealth.
“I was privileged to meet His Excellency President @KagutaMuseveni alongside @fangoneforest44 Boss @AlienSkinUg. Themed ‘@ProtectingGains’, the President guided Artiste Alien Skin to leverage Uganda’s peace and freedom to encourage his followers and the youth to engage in government programs and create their own wealth,” Seku wrote.
But the advice didn’t stop there.
President Museveni reportedly went further, personally advising Alien Skin to venture into agriculture, with a strong focus on large-scale coffee production for both local and international markets — a major shift from stage lights to farm fields.
The meeting comes just weeks after Alien Skin dramatically pulled out of Museveni’s campaign trail, accusing middlemen of disappearing with his money — a move that sparked heavy debate across social media.
