Denis Katongole Omutongole of the famous ‘Full Doze’ show on Bukedde TV is said to have been fired at the end of last month.

According to an online newspaper ‘The Insider’, Katongole is accused of failure to comply with work ethics and tarnishing the brand’s image a few months ago when he was arrested for allegedly defiling a 14 year-old girl.

The management of Vision group had pardoned him and allowed him to continue doing his work.

Management, however, resolved to return Katongole to Bukedde FM, a sister station to Bukedde TV that he had worked for before.

They wanted him to quit Beat FM but were not willing to table what he wanted.

We are told Katongole rejected the transfer.

He requested to be appointed the Programmes manager and his salary doubled.

Last week, he received an email, as it’s the policy and the way of communicating once vision group is terminating one’s services, telling Katongole of how they were terminating his services as Bukedde TV presenter.

Management complained that he was working for a rival company, Beat FM, where he serves as a programmes director.

As you read this, Bukedde TV is on a search for his replacement.
