The 2012 Miss Uganda Phiona Bizzu is said to be dating after being spotted together at a couple of hangout joints in town.
However, our reliable source revealed that the Bizzu is going to walk down the aisle with her one and a half years boyfriend.
Meanwhile, wedding meetings are underway and the big day is scheduled for early February according to sources close to the couple.
