IGP Gen Kale Kayihura aka Ugandan Jackie Chan on Saturday morning impressed a scores of people in Mukono when demonstrated some of his killer self-defense martial art/Krav Maga skills.
Kayihura who was participating in 10 KM fitness run in Mukono lead other participants in some power stretching drills until he unleashed some top drawer and fluid Krav Maga self-defense skills.
Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) that consists of a wide combination of techniques sourced from aikido, judo, boxing and wrestling, along with realistic fight training. Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and its extremely efficient and brutal counter-attacks
