Less than a week ago, Mpaka Records boss Ykee Benda released his collabo titled "Gimme" with the new duo in town, Ugaboys, who are signed to Black Market Records. They released music using other publishers and distributors which breaches their 7-year contract.
One of the Black Market Records bosses, Billy Ocean says he will take legal action against Ykee Benda and UgaBoys for violation of the signed agreement.
This is after receiving an ultimatum to delete the music from their Youtube Channel.
By press time, Ykee Benda had not yet responded to the matter.
