Bootylicious Winnie Nwagi celebrated her birthday at her home in Kyanja, a Kampala suburb on Tuesday, and the party was attended by over 50 top celebrities including Lydia Jazmine, Spice Diana among others.
This defied the Presidential directive on the ban of house parties.
Sources informed this website that the authorities in Kyanja are questioning Winnie Nwagi on why she decided to host a party at her home.
She alleges that all her friends took the Covid-19 test and confirmed negative before they were granted entrance to her home.
