Three years ago, music producer Dan Mukisa alias Dan Kumapesa succumbed to injuries sustained after he was attacked by unknown assailants.
The culprits have never been brought to the book of justice.
In a twist of events, two weeks ago, a video of Facebook noisemaker, Isma Olaxxes, confessing to the murder of Dans Kumapesa went viral online.
He was, however, quick to distance himself from the video, claiming it was edited to frame him.
Music promoter Abtex is not convinced by his defense, he demands his arrest.
A letter titled, “complaint against Tusubiira Ibrahim alias Isma Ollaxes for being behind the death of late Dan Mukisa alias Dans Kumapesa with impunity” was addressed to the Office of the Director CID by Abtex.
He demands a thorough investigation against Isma. He says his statements have left the Producer’s family in despair.
Isma is currently out of jail on a police bond after he was sent behind bars over defamatory comments against Omulangira Ssuna.
