Musician Pius Mayanja, popularly known as Pallaso, has revealed that he is currently working on a revolutionary song inspired by the ongoing struggle for change in Uganda.
The singer, who recently returned to the National Unity Platform (NUP) after parting ways with the ruling party’s camp, has been actively performing at several of Bobi Wine’s rallies across the country.
“Immediate action is needed. Our future depends on change. I support NUP — let’s go Uganda, you deserve better. The time to change is now,” he said earlier this year while declaring his support for Bobi Wine.
Pallaso says his upcoming song aims to awaken and empower Ugandans through music, encouraging them to demand a better country.
“I’m working on a revolutionary song. There’s a lot happening in the country, and some people don’t care to see it. I want to awaken the citizens and empower them to demand for better,” he explained.
The singer believes the song will play a significant role in the current political season, serving as an inspiration to those enduring the struggle.
