Presidential adviser and award-winning musician Eddy Kenzo has renewed his threat to take legal action against controversial promoter Nobart Events, accusing him of spreading falsehoods about him and his partner, Phiona Nyamutoro.

According to Kenzo, Nobart has spent much of this year attacking both his personal life and professional reputation, making allegations that the singer says are “untrue, baseless and aimed at destroying my name.”

Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Kenzo made it clear that the matter is far from over.

“I am going to drag Nobart to court. I have been busy with elections, but after that we shall meet in court. He has said many wrong things about me, and he will come to court and clarify,” Kenzo declared.

The Sitya Loss hitmaker said his current role in the ongoing presidential campaigns has delayed the case, but once the political season ends, he intends to pursue both criminal and civil action against the promoter.

Kenzo insists the legal showdown is necessary to clear his name and protect his family from what he describes as sustained character assassination.

With tensions escalating, the entertainment industry is now bracing for what could become one of the most explosive courtroom battles between a musician and promoter in recent years.
