Dious Lubega, the boyfriend of self-exiled Ugandan gossip personality Jane Namukasa, has come out strongly to dismiss circulating rumours suggesting the couple is facing serious relationship problems.
Speaking during a live TikTok discussion, Lubega clarified that he and Namukasa are living peacefully together in the United States, describing the claims as malicious fabrications.
“We are living at peace with Namukasa. She is my wife and everything is going on well. We have no problems at all. Whatever they are spreading is false and baseless,” Lubega said.
He blamed the rumours on individuals Namukasa made enemies with during her time in Uganda’s media industry, saying they are deliberately trying to damage her reputation.
“Those are her enemies spreading lies for their own benefit,” he added.
Lubega also addressed another claim making rounds online — that Namukasa recently had a premature childbirth — firmly denying it.
“Namukasa has never been pregnant ever since we started dating,” he stated.
The couple has been living together in the U.S., and Lubega says there is no family turmoil, no abuse, and no crisis, contrary to what social media commentators have been suggesting.
As speculation continues to swirl online, Lubega’s message remains clear: their home is peaceful, stable, and intact.
