Musician Spice Diana has confirmed that she and her longtime manager Roger Lubega have officially ended both their personal and professional relationship.
Earlier this week, the singer disclosed the breakup during an interview with a local television station. She has now issued a formal press statement confirming the separation and announcing a change in her management structure.
“I confirm a change in my management structure, effective immediately.
For several years, I worked with Source Management and Mr. Lubega Rogers. I appreciate the contribution and support I was given during that journey,” Spice Diana stated.
The singer further revealed that all business matters have been fully resolved, including the sharing of properties they jointly acquired and a royalty arrangement for her past works.
“All business matters between both parties have been concluded, including a mutual sharing of jointly acquired property and a royalty arrangement on past works,” she added.
Spice Diana emphasized that there are no outstanding claims between them and that both parties have moved on professionally.
“There are no remaining claims. Both sides have moved forward professionally.”
The two worked together for nearly 15 years, making the partnership one of the most successful in Uganda’s music industry.
