Joshua Baraka has spoken out after a disturbing encounter with a woman who has been persistently claiming to be his biological mother.

In a series of posts shared via his Snapchat stories, the “Nana” hitmaker revealed screenshots of WhatsApp messages from the unidentified woman, who repeatedly contacted him while insisting he resembled her “long-lost son.”

According to Baraka, the woman sent him daily messages, including morning and evening greetings, despite his silence and lack of engagement. What began as strange messages soon escalated into what he described as harassment.

The singer expressed shock and concern over the situation, saying he never imagined such behaviour could exist.

“This is madness. Some things are just disrespectful and unnecessary,” he wrote.

Joshua Baraka urged fans to remain cautious and aware of such encounters, noting that the experience left him unsettled.

The incident has sparked mixed reactions online, with many fans advising the singer to prioritize his safety and ignore the messages, while others expressed sympathy over the bizarre situation.
