Musician Grace Khan has opened up about her painful but inspiring journey to recovery, revealing that she single-handedly made the decision to take herself to a rehabilitation center after being disowned by her family.

Speaking in an emotional interview with a local TV station, the singer admitted she was going through one of the darkest phases of her life, struggling with alcoholism and living in isolation.

Grace Khan revealed that things had reached a point where she felt she was slowly losing control of her life, forcing her to sit back and reflect on her situation.

“I have only battled alcohol and nothing else. I don’t use drugs. I was going through a very hard time with alcohol and I was living alone at that time. I reflected on myself, went through social media, found this facility, contacted them and they picked me up from home,” Grace Khan explained.

The singer further disclosed that she spent three months in rehabilitation, a period she says helped her heal emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Grace Khan now says she feels renewed and ready to start life afresh, hoping her story can inspire others battling addiction to seek help before it’s too late.
