The Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) has expressed willingness to mediate talks between musicians King Saha and Pallaso following their ongoing public feud.
In a statement released through the association’s spokesperson Big Eye, UMA said it is ready to help the two artistes resolve their differences peacefully for the good of the music industry.
The association also expressed concern over the recent incidents of violence linked to the dispute and emphasized the need to protect both artistes and the wider entertainment community.
“The Uganda Musicians Association remains ready to mediate and facilitate peaceful reconciliation between the parties involved for the good of the industry and the safety of everyone. Let us protect the dignity of our music industry,” part of the statement read.
The statement comes shortly after another reported altercation between King Saha and Pallaso, which allegedly left King Saha’s vehicle damaged.
The feud between the two musicians has dominated entertainment headlines in recent weeks, with several industry figures calling for dialogue and peace.
