Police have officially entered into the ongoing conflict between musicians King Saha and Pallaso, launching investigations following allegations of violence and threats to life.
On Monday this week, King Saha accused Pallaso of being behind an alleged attack targeting him, marking a further escalation in their public feud. The two artists have been in a bitter dispute since an earlier altercation at Supremacy Lounge.
At the time, Pallaso claimed that Saha had intentions to harm him, while Saha denied the allegations and instead accused Pallaso of threatening his life.
Katonga Region Police spokesperson SP Lydia Tumushabe confirmed that Mpigi Police received a case report and investigations had begun.
“It’s true our police in Mpigi received a case of threat to life and destruction of a motor vehicle, Mark II registration number UA 641BH, belonging to Semanda Mansur alias King Saha,” she said.
Police reports indicate that the incident allegedly occurred around midnight on Monday when King Saha was traveling from Bukomansimbi and encountered a group linked to Pallaso, who reportedly attacked his vehicle and threatened him.
Authorities further stated that Saha did not retaliate during the confrontation. Instead, he proceeded to Mpigi Police Station, where he recorded a formal statement as investigations continue.
