Dancehall musician Karole Kasita has revealed that she is praying and fasting for the success of her upcoming concert scheduled for May 29 at Serena Hotel in Kampala.
The concert, branded The Power Within, will mark Karole Kasita’s maiden concert at the prestigious venue.
According to the singer, the event is not only about music but also a celebration of her personal growth, resilience, and journey through different challenges over the years.
Speaking about the preparations for the show, Karole Kasita said she has committed the concert to God and recently began fasting as part of her spiritual preparations.
“I prayed to God about this concert and I continue to do so. I recently started fasting for its success, and I hope and pray for the best,” she explained in an interview with a local television station.
The singer added that she is working tirelessly to ensure the concert becomes a memorable experience for her fans and supporters.
Fans have since expressed excitement ahead of the concert, which is expected to attract some of the biggest names in Uganda’s entertainment industry.
