Rapper Victor Kamenyo's former partner and the mother of his child, Ruth Akoragye, has accused the rapper of neglecting his parental responsibilities.
Speaking during a TikTok Live session, Akoragye said she has endured the situation for a long time and warned that she is prepared to publicly reveal more details if nothing changes.
She questioned why some fathers make it difficult for mothers to obtain financial support for their children, alleging that they expect women to beg for help or behave as though they are still in a romantic relationship before offering assistance.
"Soon, I will come out and say everything and reveal the burden I have been carrying in my heart. I don't think he will like it. I don't know why some men behave this way. When it comes to taking care of a child, you have to beg and plead, and then act as if you're still in love with them. Once you move on from that, they refuse to support the child. You end up paying school fees and taking care of everything else," she said.
As of now, Victor Kamenyo has not publicly responded to the allegations.
The claims have sparked discussion on social media, with many users urging both parties to prioritize the well-being of their child.
