Media personality Frank Gashumba has announced the return of the Bavandimwe Carnival, revealing that the event is scheduled to take place in November.

Speaking during an interview with a local television station, Gashumba said preparations are already underway, with organisers aiming to make this year's edition bigger than the previous one.

"Bavandimwe Carnival is coming back this November. It is going to be huge and plans are already moving. It will keep happening annually," he said.

Gashumba also revealed that the carnival is intended to become an annual event on Uganda's entertainment calendar, giving revelers something to look forward to each year.

However, he did not disclose the specific date or venue for this year's edition.

More details about the event are expected to be announced as preparations continue.
