Abdul Ssekajja, husband of musician Chosen Becky, has publicly defended his wife amid an ongoing dispute with his former partner, urging her to stop dragging the singer into their personal disagreements.
In a video shared on Facebook, Ssekajja questioned why his ex-partner continues to target Chosen Becky, insisting that the singer has done nothing to warrant the accusations against her.
“I don't know why you are targeting my wife when she has done nothing to you,” he partly said.
The dispute reportedly intensified after Ssekajja's former partner accused Chosen Becky of posting her children online and interfering with his relationship with them.
She also reportedly claimed that disagreements involving Chosen Becky eventually contributed to the children being sent to stay with their grandmother.
However, Ssekajja dismissed the claims, saying the children currently live with members of his extended family in his hometown.
“My wife even suggested that the children join our bigger family, but I chose for them to grow up with my family,” he said.
Ssekajja also accused his former partner of previously making it difficult for him to access his children, alleging that she once caused his imprisonment through what he described as false accusations.
Despite the ongoing dispute, Ssekajja reaffirmed his love for Chosen Becky, describing her as a special woman in his life.
He urged his former partner to keep the singer out of their disagreements and handle matters concerning their children directly with him.
“Remove my wife from your stories because she is innocent,” he said.
