Musician Chris Evans has explained why he keeps his romantic relationship away from the public eye, saying he fears that exposing his partner could put their relationship at risk.
Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Evans said he worries that once his lover becomes popular, she might become too busy to give him attention.
“I fear showing people the person I am dating because people steal them from us. The moment she becomes popular, she stops having time for you and starts saying, ‘I am busy,’” he said.
The singer’s comments suggest that he prefers to keep his love life private to avoid the pressures that can come with public attention.
