Music producer and singer Nessim Pan Production has revealed plans to reward the artistes who have supported his career as he marks 15 years in the music industry.
Nessim has built a name for himself by producing hit songs, working with established musicians and helping emerging artistes develop their careers.
Speaking in an interview with a local television station, he thanked the musicians who have trusted him with their projects, saying their support has helped him provide for his family.
He revealed that he plans to send food, including matooke and chicken, to the families of artistes he has worked with as a gesture of appreciation.
“I thank all the musicians I have worked with, and very soon, I will buy a bunch of matooke and chicken and send it to their families. This will be to thank them for feeding my children. That is something I do not take for granted. Musicians have supported me. Disagreements happen in life, but they are still my bosses. Yes, we help them and do all that for them, but truth be told, they are our bosses and deserve all our respect,” he said.
Nessim also spoke about the inspiration behind his career, explaining that he has long wanted to build a profile similar to that of internationally recognised producers and DJs.
He said he started behind the decks before gradually appearing in music videos alongside the artistes he worked with, a move inspired by international figures such as Avicii, DJ Khaled and Major Lazer.
“What I’m doing right now has been my dream for a long time. I have always wanted to feature artists even in videos because I’m inspired by the big international deejays in the Western world, the likes of Avicii, DJ Khaled, Major Lazer,” he added.
As he celebrates 15 years in the industry, Nessim says he remains grateful to the musicians whose collaborations and support have contributed to his journey.
