SERIAL flasher Rita Ora was up to old tricks as she gave onlookers an eyeful of her breasts during a beach photo shoot in California.

The 25-year-old former X Factor judge could be seen posing on the golden sand and playfully splashing about in the ocean in a pair of tiny grey shorts and a tight-fitting black top.

There was no mistaking it was her as she later made a quick change replacing the top with a letterman jacket boldly embroidered with her name on the back.

After growing tired of sultry pouts, she decided to work the camera into even more of a frenzy as she whipped open her jacket to reveal her pert bare breasts.

Also visible was an intricate inking on the blonde star’s rib cage.

Earlier this month it was revealed that Rita has been released from record label Roc Nation.

The Hot Right Now singer came to an agreement with them after the company – owned by Jay Z – sued Rita for $2.4 million for breaching the terms of her contract and not providing the required number of albums throughout the years she has been with them.

A document filed to the New York Supreme Court show the pair have now settled things out of court and Rita is free to choose a new label.

Meanwhile, in previous documents, Roc Nation denied Rita’s claims that Jay Z is more focused on other things, such as his streaming site TIDAL, than his record label.

It read: “[They] have tirelessly promoted [her] career, investing millions of dollars in marketing, recording and other costs, which was instrumental in guiding Ms. Ora to her current level of success and fame.

“When Rita signed, Roc Nation and its senior executives were very involved with her as an artist. As Roc Nation’s interests diversified, there were fewer resources available and the company suffered a revolving door of executives.

“Rita’s remaining supporters at the label left or moved on to other activities, to the point where she no longer had a relationship with anyone at the company.”

After the filing, Rita’s lawyer Howard King added: “Jay Z has personally and graciously promised Rita complete freedom from Roc Nation, the details of which are now being finalised.

“We believe that Roc Nation’s distributor, Sony Music, has required Roc Nation to file this action to preserve whatever rights Sony might have pending resolution.”

After new broke, Rita hinted on Snapchat that she already has a new deal.

Uploading a picture to the social media platform showing  two smiling flowers, she wrote alongside it: “Contract time!!”
