The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star just reached 42 million followers on Instagram and as her way of celebrating, she shared a photo of her cleavage black tank top. Oh, and her glossed lips.
The 34-year-old expectant mother captioned the pic simply, "42 mil."

The photo comes just after Kim's selfie with Hillary Clinton. The reality star met Clinton at a fundraiser Thursday hosted by Justin Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun.
