Comedian Dr Tamale described Spice Diana as a less talented artiste in Uganda.
“She only has a good manager who pushes her down people’s throats. According to me, Cindy is the best female artiste in Uganda,” comedian Tamale said.
Dr T featured in some of Spice Diana’s songs but he says he is not her fan.
He says Cindy would be the most talked about but she lacks good management.
