Joshua Baraka is arguably the biggest Ugandan musician internationally at this time. He is there because of the music he has released throughout the few years he has been in the music industry.
Speaking about his music, Baraka revealed he writes it out of personal experiences, those of friends, and the lives of different people.
He derives inspiration from life experiences he goes through and those of other people.
"I try to be as inclusive as possible. I mainly share experiences of myself, friends, and many other things I see and witness in the different lives of people," he explained.
Joshua Baraka believes the experiences he shares in his songs bring the audience closer to the song because they go through the same lives as humans.
"My music relates with different people because of the experiences they go through. They find it relatable," he added.
The fast-rising musician has in the past few years received more support internationally, particularly in the United Kingdom, and says he has his biggest fan base there.
