Musician Patrick Mulwana aka Alien Skin has made it clear he is not interested in Ugandan music awards.
In a video making rounds online, Alien is seen asking award organisers to stop nominating him in different categories of awards.
He explained the awards haven't contributed to the growth of his career and are of less importance to him.
The singer however says he can only be nominated in the legendary category because he is a legend who deserves to be appreciated and respected.
"I have lost interest in awards and going forward, you should stop nominating me in whatever awards you organise. For avoidance of doubt always consult from me before nominations. But because of the contribution and everything i have done for music, you should only nominate me in the legends category." He explained.
Alien Skin is one of the most controversial artistes in the industry. He has been in and out of police cells for different crimes.
