Spice Diana has revealed that she is open to partnering with different record labels, months after ending her working relationship with her longtime manager Roger.

The “Omusheshe” hitmaker, who is currently working with a new management team, said she is willing to collaborate with any label as long as the terms are fair and mutually beneficial.

Speaking in an interview, Spice Diana emphasized that compatibility and professionalism are key when choosing business partners in the music industry.

“I am open to collaborating with various record labels as long as we align on the vibe and, most importantly, the terms and conditions are right,” Spice Diana said.

The singer also took time to advise fellow artists, stressing the importance of having a solid management team instead of trying to handle everything alone.

According to Spice Diana, proper management helps artists promote their work effectively and maintain professionalism.

“Of course, every artist needs management. You need a team. I don’t usually advise artists to do everything on their own. It’s not good. You should be professional and have a team that does the work, while you also play your role as an artist,” she added.
