Spice Diana Should Respect Manager Roger – Lydia Jazmine
Musician Spice Diana in January this year went public about her break-up with longtime manager Roger, confirming that the two had decided to take separate professional paths.
Since the announcement, the development has sparked wide debate among fans and industry players, with many expressing confidence that the singer will continue to thrive as long as she remains focused and committed to her music career.
Fellow musician Jazmine has now weighed in on the matter, advising Spice Diana to maintain mutual respect with her former manager, noting that Roger played a significant role in building her brand.
Jazmine also cautioned Spice Diana to limit public discussions about the break-up in order to move on smoothly and avoid unnecessary controversy.
“I separated with my manager but I have managed to survive for years. I think she will manage as well. She just has to maintain mutual respect and also limit her comments towards the former management because they pushed her from way back,” Jazmine said in an interview with a local television station.
The singer’s advice echoes sentiments from many in the industry who believe that professionalism and respect are key to long-term success in Uganda’s music scene.
