Kadongo Kamu singer Mathias Walukaga has boldly declared King Saha the current king of Uganda's music industry, pointing to his recent blockbuster concert at Kololo Airstrip as evidence of his growing dominance.

Walukaga believes Saha has done enough to claim the industry's top spot, arguing that the singer currently has the music, massive fan support and numbers to back up his position.

“King Saha is the man to catch in the industry at the moment. His achievements, record-breaking numbers is something big. No one has before done what he did at Kololo Airstrip,” he partly said.

“No One Has Done What He Did”

For Walukaga, Saha's recent concert has changed the conversation about who currently sits at the top of Uganda's competitive music scene.

The massive turnout and attention surrounding the show have given Saha another major achievement to add to his growing career record.

Walukaga's comments are likely to reignite the long-running debate among music fans over who deserves to be called Uganda's number one artiste.

With different artistes boasting their own loyal fan bases and impressive achievements, the throne remains one of the most fiercely contested positions in Ugandan entertainment.

But according to Walukaga, King Saha has already done enough to wear the crown.
