Rapper Fik Fameica has announced plans to hold a concert at Kololo Airstrip in January 2027 to celebrate 10 years in Uganda’s music industry.
The artiste made the announcement during a TikTok Live, saying the planned show will mark a decade of hard work, hit songs and entertaining his fans.
“I have been working, I have been serving my fans and the entire industry for 10 years. I’m sure all of you, my fans, are proud of me, and I’m proud of you too. I am happy to announce the celebration that we are having. We have a concert in January 2027, and the venue has been decided,” he said.
Fameica confirmed that Kololo Airstrip has been selected as the venue, although the exact concert date has not yet been announced.
The rapper added that he would share more details after returning to Uganda.
“But let me first come back to Uganda, but that’s what’s on my mind and nothing else,” he added.
Fameica is currently in Japan for a music performance as he prepares for the planned celebration of his decade-long career.
