The 37-year-old put on both a busty and leggy display in the idyllic holiday snap in a colourful bikini, writing: 'Putting in the work...getting back in shape! 2016 I'm coming for you!'
The snap comes as her former lover, Formula 1 champ Lewis Hamilton, 31, has revealed he is writing music about her as he forges a career in the industry.
