Denzel Mwenyeretsi found himself on the wrong side of the media after a girl named, Sandra Awili took to Twitter to accuse him of trying to rape her a few years back.
Awili said the media personality tried to rape her twice during their encounters at events. She opened up about the alleged rape attempts in a series of tweets.
Denzel denied all allegations and was seen at the CID headquarters where he's believed to have opened a 'defamation, slander and social media harassment' case against his accuser.
Awili was summoned but later released on bond and was set to report back on Jun 11.
