About two years ago, Zari Hassan was unveiled as Tourism Ambassador and worked for less than a year before disappearing from events related to Tourism.
Rumours started swirling that the South Africa based socialite had been fired by the Uganda Tourism Board and but non of the two parties issued a statement.
On Tuesday, Hon. Kiwanda spoke about Zari’s relationship with Tourism Board.
While addressing the press, Hon. Kiwanda confirmed that Zari is still the Tourism Ambassador and she will work with Eddy Kenzo once the “Tulambule Campaign" commences.
The Minister however declined to comment about Anitah Fabiola’s relationship with the Tourism Board.
