Kampala Lord mayor Erias Lukwago said he lacks a serious competitor among all the candidates running for mayoral race. He claims he will win by 75%.
When asked about Jose Chameleone, he said the singer is a joker and no serious person can vote for him. He lacks credibility and can't even win the village chairperson elections.
"Those who are aspiring for the Lord mayorship are all jokers. I will win by 75%. Chameleone lacks the capacity to unseat even a village chairperson," he said.
