While we're used to admiring Jennifer Lopez's famous booty, the triple threat gave us another reason to be jealous of her amazing physique Thursday, when she showed off her amazing abs after a workout in West Hollywood, Calif.

At 45 years old, it's safe to say Jennifer still has one of the best bods in Hollywood.
"I refuse to be put in a box in that way," Lopez said. "Why, because I'm over 40? So I can't be sexy? Or, is it because I'm a mom? Moms aren't allowed to be sexy. Uh, how did I get my kids in the first place?"
