Musician Ykee Benda is one of the local musicians that are doing well in the music industry.
He owns a record label and a marketing agency that has already secured endorsement deals for local musicians like Lydia Jazmine.
During an interview on NTV over the weekend, Ykee Benda bragged that he will never go broke because he has secured alternative sources of income besides music.
“I have been working hard to stabilize my income. I doubt I will go broke anytime soon if I don’t sing,” he said.
The Mpaka Records boss advised other musicians to supplement their income by starting small businesses.
