Speaker of the 11th Parliament of Uganda, Jacob Oulanyah succumbed to cancer and he has been eulogized by many as a person who loved sports and often cracked jokes.
Renowned journalist Raymond Mujuni disclosed in a tribute to Jacob Oulanyah that the deceased had intentions of joining the comedy industry after retiring from politics.
Raymond confirmed that Oulanyah had revealed his plans to him during a conversation.
Moses Golola also said in an interview that Oulanyah paid him Shs 1M every month to train him in kickboxing.
