In a video posted online, media personality Sheila Gashumba is seen having a bitter exchange with an unidentified man whom she accuses of recording her.
She promised to dismantle the phones for anyone who records her in sneaky positions.
"Best believe that I will grab your phone and break it if I find you sneakily taking a video of me!! I don’t tolerate nonsense!!” she posted on her Instagram.
On Tuesday, the stranger who attempted to record her was saved by police.
