Singer Grenade Official has publicly declared that he is a better musician than Tanzanian star Diamond Platnumz.
During a recent TV interview, Grenade challenged the idea that Diamond Platnumz is superior to Ugandan artists. He stated that, musically, Diamond does nothing better than him, aside from speaking fluent Kiswahili and "licking his lips."
Grenade was quick to admit that Diamond Platnumz has been a huge success financially and has done a lot for the East African music scene.
However, he warned that this success shouldn't come at the cost of looking down on Ugandan artists. Grenade said he's still young and hungry to achieve his own dreams
