Musician Fik Fameica has spent almost a year announcing his concert, which is set to take place on September 5th of this year at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
However, over a month ago, Chameleone confirmed his concert would take place on the same date at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds in Kampala.
The two concerts will be taking place on the same day, and Fameica has resolved not to postpone his event.
Speaking in an interview with a local television station, Fameika revealed he doesn't fear Jose Chameleone. He only respects him and is not intimidated by the Leone Island boss.
Fameica explained he has fans just like Chameleone and believes his concert will succeed.
"He should come. I don't fear Jose Chameleone; I only respect him. I have spent over a year announcing the concert, and I can't postpone it. I can't be intimidated because I have the fans and numbers, and they will show up," he explained.
Fameica expressed deep respect for Jose Chameleone's legendary status, but says he is personally doing well as an artist and no longer fears anyone in the industry.
"He is a legend; I respect him, but I'm also doing well. I don't fear anyone in the music industry," he added.
