Musician Edirisa Musuza, also known as Eddy Kenzo, was appointed a presidential advisor on creatives and is also the President of the Uganda National Musicians Federation.

He is a man who has a long history with Bobi Wine, even though the two are currently in disagreement.

Kenzo, however, says he has great respect for Bobi Wine, not only as his elder but also because of the journey they have walked together.

He explained that although the two are in disagreement, he remains respectful of the NUP leader for the years they worked together.

"I have total respect for him. It's not just because he is my elder but also because of the journey we walked together for many years. I am in political disagreement with him at the moment, but I respect him," he explained in an interview with a local television station.

Eddy Kenzo also revealed that he cannot appeal to President Museveni to allow Bobi Wine to perform in Uganda again because he brings political undertones to the stage.

"I can't speak about that when I meet the President because Bobi Wine wants to remove him from power. Whenever he goes on stage, he doesn't only perform music; he makes political statements against the government, so it's very hard for me to intervene in such a situation," he explained.
